The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Business Immigration Solicitor for their brand new, West End, London office.

The Business Immigration team currently stands at a team of 2, but due to an influx in work, they are seeking to grow this department. You will work with the

You will work alongside both the Corporate Commercial and Employment departments. You will work alongside a dynamic and forward-thinking team that has an entrepreneurial spirit. The department works across a broad range of industry sectors which includes; Financial services, FMCG, Gaming and betting, Hospitality and leisure, Media and publishing, Real Estate, Fashion, and Technology.

Your caseload will include but not be limited to; Global mobility visa, high potential visa, skilled worker visa, sports persons, administrative review, start-up visa, and visa appeals.

This role has excellent prospects for progression, which can include Partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Business Immigration Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will be commercially minded and keen to undertake business development
• You should have first-class communication skills
