The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join the Colchester office with a clear pathway to Partnership and departmental leadership.

You will oversee and mentor a team of junior fee-earners while managing a diverse and interesting caseload, including:

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial properties.
• Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations.
• SIPP purchases and leasebacks.
• Collective enfranchisement and complex property transactions.

Your leadership will help drive the department forward, enhancing its already strong reputation and contributing to the firm's continued growth.

Requirements & Remuneration:

• A qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 6+ years of PQE.
• Proven experience in handling complex commercial property matters.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior fee-earners.
• A track record of business development and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to manage your own caseload Salary is Negotiable based on experience, with a highly attractive package.
