The Role

This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor (Cilex or CLC) to join this top 50 law firm in Birmingham.

In this role, you will be working on a challenging and varied caseload and benefit from clear progression opportunities.

The team has some very exciting projects going on at the moment and also in the pipeline. They handle excellent work, have very loyal clients, and are looking for people who will be excited by having some of the best work in the market available within a genuinely collaborative and friendly team.

Their focus is quality over quantity

The work will include abroad remit of sale of shared ownership and outright sales and after sales transaction on behalf of Housing Associations, developers and other providers.

Further, you will enjoy working on a range of Home Ownership Transactions including newbuild sales (both outright and shared ownership), set-ups and after sale transactions (including RTB/RTA, lease extensions, auction and other private treaty disposals and other supporting related real estate work including deeds of variation etc)

This is a rare chance to expand into commercial property as you build you residential experience.

The Candidate:

• You will have 5+ PQE in residential property transactions, ideally including RTB/ RTA, new build sales, shared ownership and private treaty disposals.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
