The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor for their brand new, West End, London office.

Corporate Commercial is a core practice area for the firm, you will join a team of 10. You will join a dynamic and forward-thinking team that has an entrepreneurial spirit. The department works across a broad range of industry sectors which includes; Financial services, FMCG, Gaming and betting, Hospitality and leisure, Media and publishing, Real Estate, Fashion, and Technology.

Your caseload will be broad, making for an interesting caseload. Work will include but not be limited to; Commercial contracts, IP, Joint ventures and partnerships, shareholders agreements, M&A, private equity, start-ups and growth, investors funds, and venture capital.

This role has excellent prospects for progression, which can include Partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will be commercially minded and keen to undertake business development
• You should have first-class communication skills
