The Role

You will lead legal activities with respect to the development and implementation of project development and joint venture transactions, including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of such transactions.

You will also advise management and internal clients with respect to the company's legal rights andobligations, project contracts and agreements, and common statutory or similar requirements in connection with project development and joint venture transactions.

You will also assist Law Management and other attorneys in marshalling and examining the law and facts pertinent to legal problems; and liaise and work with outside counsel to negotiate and document transactions on a cost- effective basis.

Requirements

• 6+PQE Common Law Qualified in a law firm with a strong project development practice, OR a combination of in-house and law firm experience
• Experience leading international project development and JV transactions
• Energy sector experience
