The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Senior Court of Protection Solicitor into their Southampton office.
The Private Client department is highly regarded and Chambers-rated enjoying a strong profile throughout the region and beyond. Although, you will work within the Private Client department, you will work exclusively with Court of Protection matters.
You'll collaborate within a diverse team to achieve optimal results for our clients. Your role entails nurturing client relationships and maintaining our customer-centric approach. As a Senior Associate, you'll guide and support junior team members, including Solicitors, Legal Executives, Trainees, and Paralegals, through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• You will be an ILEX or Solicitor with at least 7+ years Court of Protection experience (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
