Senior Employment Law Associate - Birmingham - L500 firm - 6+ pqe
Due to this increase in workflow, an opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor 6+ years PQE to join this leading Midlands practice operating out of their impressive Walsall office. On offer is hybrid working 2 days from home each week.

The Role
This role will suit an ambitious solicitor who has a keen eye for detail, looking to represent both employers and employees.
They offer advice on every stage of the employment relationship, with a particular focus on recruitment and recruitment agencies, contracts, retention, absence, performance and rewards, restructuring, holiday pay, immigration, redundancy, TUPE, tribunals, disciplinary action, dismissal and discrimination.
You will take a leading role in the team and enjoy a case load of higher value, complex matters. You will be benefit from experienced secretarial support.

They manage claims from employees in the following areas: constructive dismissal, unfair dismissal and discrimination and equal pay. They also specialise in restructuring and re-organisation and settlement agreements.
Requirements:
- Employment Law Solicitor (6+ PQE)
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Track record in business development and outstanding client care
