The Role

You'll work on a variety of employment law issues, including drafting contracts, handling boardroom disputes, managing redundancy and restructuring processes, and providing transactional corporate support. You'll also represent clients in tribunal litigation and advise on complex discrimination cases.

As well as fee earning and business development, you'll play an active part in overseeing more junior members of the team, therefore, supervisory experience is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• You will be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in employment law from a respected firm.
• This role would suit a Senior Associate who has perhaps hit a glass ceiling or a seasoned Associate ready to take the next step.
• Strong client relationship skills and commercial awareness are essential.
• Interest in business development and marketing activities.
• Knowledge of the Essex market and beyond.
