The Role

This Top 100 practice is looking for a Senior Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join them in their new Birmingham office.

This legal 500 ranked team, hosts over 500 lawyers and leading individuals.

You will take a lead role in a high performing team, dealing with a mixed caseload of multi track matters, including: life changing injuries, complex conditions, fatalities, spinal/ serious fractures, amputations, missed / negligence diagnosis.

The work comes from an institutional source, meaning clients are injured professionals who are actively engaged in their recovery and case progression.

The team of are both technically strong and approachable individuals creating a very cohesive and collegiate working environment.

Requirements:

• You will be a Senior Personal Injury and/ or Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
• Ideally you will have previous experience managing Clinical Negligence matters
• You will have good technical knowledge.
