The Role

This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join a growing Top 50 firm based in Birmingham.

The team handles a range of defendant claims for a variety of insurer and non-insurer clients. This includes motor, EL/PL, equestrian, clinical negligence and cross-border claims. This role will primarily focus on EL / PL / OL claims for major institutions.

The team covers every aspect of a claim, including liability investigations, policy coverage assessments, quantum assessments for all levels of fast and multi-track claims and much more.

You will enjoy high levels of client contact, building your own reputation in becoming the clients "go to" trusted advisor.

In this position, you will be working as part of a wider team spanning across multiple offices and working alongside legal 500 ranked individuals.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified solicitor 5-8 PQE
• Previous experience managing complex Personal Injury matters at a reputable firm
• Supervisory experience will be a distinct advantage
• You will have an eye for detail, and be motivated to join a heavy-hitting practice
• You will be commercially minded and have ambition to reach the senior positions in the department
