The Role

As part of the renowned and rapidly growing Glasgow Personal Injury team, ranked by the prestigious Legal 500 Tier system, you will gain exposure to the full gamut of pursuer work, including road traffic claims, public liability, medical negligence, and employer liability.

You will manage your own caseload of both litigated and non-litigated matters, regularly making court appearances across Scotland. This engaging and rewarding role will also see you training and supporting junior lawyers and participating in departmental business development activities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A conscientious solicitor with 2+ years of Personal Injury experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
  • Client-focused with an effective, organized, and skilled approach to problem-solving
  • Capable of managing complex and varied workloads efficiently to the highest standard
  • A self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
