This well-respected Luxury Design business is seeking a high-performing Legal Counsel to work closely with their senior leadership team on a range of in-house legal matters.

The Role

As the Sole Legal Counsel, you will be overseeing the Legal & Compliance function whilst reporting into various senior stakeholders throughout the business. You will focus on a range of legal responsibilities, incl; general commercial contracts, construction/design contracts, compliance, risk management, IP, and insurance.

You will be working closely with the senior management, sales and design teams, as well as some of the firms' external solicitors and clients. Some of the key commercial contracts you will be tackling include; NDAs, T&Cs, IP agreements, Supplier agreements, IT agreements, consultancy agreements and much more.

It will also be your duty to keep up-to-date the relevant regulations that affect the businesses operations, as well as IP rights and licenses for the business's main contractors. You will also be required to provide training to members of staff to ensure company-wide compliance.

Requirements

• 4-12 PQE
• Experience in commercial and construction law
• Proactive, positive working attitude
