The Role

As part of this well-established and rapidly expanding Glasgow Personal Injury team, recognised by the Legal 500 Tier system, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of Defender cases. These will include road traffic accidents, public liability, medical negligence, and employer liability.

You'll handle your own caseload of both litigated and non-litigated matters, with regular court appearances across Scotland, making the role dynamic and rewarding.

In addition, as a senior member of the team, you will provide guidance and training to junior solicitors while also engaging in business development activities for the department. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior position at a leading Scottish firm and advance your career.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified solicitor with 0-3 years of experience in Personal Injury law
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Client-focused, with a structured and effective approach to problem-solving
  • Proven ability to manage a complex and varied workload to a high standard
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working independently with appropriate supervision
