Forming part of the firm's wider private capital practice, this firm is looking to welcome Tax & Succession Senior Associate 5+ years PQE or CILEX into their team in Exeter.

This firm has a top-tier private client practice that caters to clients with diverse assets who require complex succession planning and wealth protection arrangements. A large percentage of the work comes from generational clients who use the firm for 'cradle to grave' legal services.

Therefore, they are looking for a talented Senior Associate who has a strong track record in the creation and handling of inter-generational wealth structures, trust reorganisations and tax-efficient strategies to preserve wealth.

You will have the chance to enhance your technical abilities and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced private client lawyers who foster an inclusive working environment.
